These terms govern your use of HindiConnect, an online marketplace that connects independent Hindi teachers with students and parents.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Parents or guardians create and manage accounts for children under 18.
3. Teachers
Teachers are independent providers. Profiles are reviewed before receiving the Verified Teacher badge; verification confirms submitted documents, not the outcome of any lesson.
4. Bookings and payments
Lessons are paid in advance through our payment partner. Prices include the teacher’s fee; a platform fee and applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
5. Conduct
Be respectful. Do not share personal contact details to arrange payments outside the platform. Report any concern from your dashboard.
6. Reviews
Only students who completed a booking may review. Reviews are moderated and must be honest and relevant.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HindiConnect is not liable for indirect losses arising from lessons provided by independent teachers.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes.
