1. Cancellations by students
Cancel at least 24 hours before a lesson for a full refund of the lesson price to your original payment method.
2. Late cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours are not normally refundable, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed by support.
3. Cancellations by teachers
If a teacher cancels or does not attend, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
4. Technical problems
If a lesson cannot take place because of a platform issue, contact support within 48 hours for a refund or credit.
5. Trial lessons
Paid trial lessons follow the same rules. Free trials are not refundable as no payment is taken.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
