Card details are entered on our payment partner’s secure page and are never stored on HindiConnect servers.
4. Children’s privacy
Children’s profiles are created by parents, show only a first name and age to their teacher, and are never displayed publicly.
5. Contact details
Personal email addresses and phone numbers are not shown to other users; messages are routed through the platform.
6. Teacher documents
Verification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised administrators.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting us. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, India DPDP Act) you may have additional rights.
8. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations.
